The
M Zone

Michelle Foreman is the owner and Wellness Guide of the M zone, a fitness company that promotes MOVEMENT of the body, MINDFULNESS of the soul & MOTIVATION of the spirit.  She is an ACE certified personal trainer, Health Coach as well as a 200 yoga certified instructor. Her goal is to share her passion for movement through exercise with others.

She prides herself in being the  “personal “ personal trainer and matches daily movement challenges to meet the individual’s “right now needs”. There is no cookie-cutter approach to fitness in the zone. On any given day the mental, physical and spiritual needs of the client may affect a client’s movement needs. Matching the right exercise to the mood of the client helps to ensure full participation in the session for greater overall long-term success.

Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 10 or less, and you will always use the spring driven equipment. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
